A huge thank you and well done to the team at CVM World (Knypersley), and to Daniel Wilson in particular, for the help in sourcing a replacement minibus for our Scout Group, and sorting out part exchange for our older vehicle. The team was professional and helpful ...in particular dealing (without any hesitation) with a problem that came up at the last minute. Excellent service.  We were kept well informed throughout the process from order to collection, the second vehicle was worth waiting for.  We are delighted with both of our new minibuses.  The collection process was smooth and well managed.  Thanks to Keith for his help on the collection days and to the rest of the team for getting our new vehicles in perfect condition for collection. Our special educational school needed a replacement minibus in short notice. Unfortunately we didn't have a very large budget. I contacted these guys. Chris the sales manager very quickly replied. We were fortunate that they had a 17 year old Mercedes. Chris and the team kept in constant touch with the progress during its preparation. He answered all my questions (and there were a few).On delivery the bus was beautifully presented. The exterior was excellent, the interior looked and smelled like a new bus. Thanks to CVM World and Keith for securing our new van! We chose to pick it up from the office and it was lovely to meet the staff and get all the information we needed. Keith and team also kept in touch after the sale to make sure everything was ok and offered advice throughout. Our purchase from CVM World was informative, helpful and patient.  Keith was extremely patient, guiding us through the purchase process, letting us know what would work with our budget and reassuring us about the final finish of our used vehicle.
